-Commissions, unless specified, will have no/simple background.-Commission prices are per 1 character.
Please inquire if you want more in one work!-Do NOT use my works for NFT/machine (AI) learning.
(Should you be found modifying my work using AI, an extra commercial fee will be incurred.)

GENERAL INFO-Do not claim the commission as your work.-You are allowed to use my work as your profile picture, as well as print it for personal use, with credit.-You should not modify the work without my permission, and any changes beyond final negotiation will incur extra fees.-Unless stated otherwise, you agree with me posting your commissions publicly (social media, examples) by default.-Upon completion, I will send the original artwork and a watermarked, web version for sharing.-Emojis for streaming usage will have extra commercial fees. Please inquire if you plan to have them as such!-Please have clear references, preferably in visual form. Should you request any additions/changes not specified in a reference after the approved sketch, an extra fee is needed.-I will only allow up to 3 changes during coloring (unless it was a mistake on my side). Any extra beyond that will incur an extra fee.

COLLAB COMMISSIONS-All payments/transactions will go through me/Shubashrub.-There will be an extra turnover time, up to a month.

ADOPTABLES-You will have the rights for the character/species, but not the artwork. Should you repost the artwork, credit is needed.-You are allowed to have minor adjustments to the design, unless stated otherwise. Major changes are not allowed.

PAYMENT-All payments are done through PayPal invoices, in USD.-Full payment is due after the approved sketch.-I have the right to close commission slots any time, for whatever reason.-I have the right to cancel a commission any time, for whatever reason. A full refund will be issued, should that happen.-I generally have up to 1 month for a sketch turnover, and 2-4 months after for the final product (with a total of ~5 months longest).
The turnover time starts as I start working on your commission (which will be notified).-I will notify you should any obstacles during the process happen.-If you decide to cancel your commission after payment, and while still within turnover time, you will not be refunded. Payment = commitment.-Should I not deliver any update/result beyond the turnover time, you have the right to ask. Cancellations & refunds can be negotiated.
